Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a popular online dieting program. Does it actually work?

WHAT COMES WITH THE FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS PROGRAM?

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet gives you access to an online program called the "Diet Generator". The program generates custom meal plans for you based on you goals, current weight, activity level, and other factors. The makers of the diet say that the meal plans are made in a way that ensures you are eating a healthy amount of calories every day as well as getting all your required nutrients (carbs, fat, proteins, etc).

The meal plans are definately well rounded - you are told to eat a variety of foods and you eat many times per day. Many people who have used this diet say that it doesn't really feel "like a normal diet". It is full of nutrients, you get a healthy amount of calories, and your body doesn't feel like it is starving.

All the ads say "Lose 9lbs in 11 days". There might be some people who lose weight that fast but most probably take longer. Losing 7-10llbs over 2 weeks or maybe even a bit longer is probably a more realisitic goal.

If you are consitent in following the plan, you will definately lose weight. The biggest strength of this diet is that it is very easy to follow because you don't have to think about the process at all (counting fat grams, carbs, calories, etc) and you don't feel like you are starving.

IS THIS THE BEST CHOICE FOR EVERYONE?

No one diet can be a perfect fit for every dieter. If you want a system that talks about exercise, this one is definatley not for you. While they do recommend light exercise (like walking) they do not go into a lot of detail about exercise programs. Changing how you eat is the main focus here.


As well, some people find it hard to follow a diet program without some outside person pushing and motivating them. The diet is easy to follow and to understand, but if you think you need outside motivation, Weight Watchers or a similar program is a better choiceidea.
